Apparently they had a water leak they “cleaned up.” Maybe in the hallways, but I got to my stuff a couple months later. It’s covered in mold and a lot of ruined sentimental items that I’ll never get back. Called whoever is in charge of the place and not even sure if he apologized. Just said it’s in the contract I’m not responsible for your stuff.
The entire property is gross, poorly maintained and has absolutely no security
First time doing business with the place, I've already had a bad experience. I signed up online for one of their units and received a text message giving me my unit number and access code. I get there and the unit I paid for is locked. Call company several times left voice message and no one has yet to respond or tell me a storage unit that I can move my things into. They were quick to take the money off of my card and a starting balance for next month in the amount of 13.00 and some change.
