All of the buffet was delicious. I critique BBQ regularly especially buffet BBQ. The veggies were spot on especially the cream corn I even bought some of it to take home. Pulled pork was moist and delicious. A touch of vinegar but not to much. I did taste their BBQ sauce. It wasn't awful but I didn't like it. Sort of looked like it had Heinz 57 in it. Hudson's BBQ catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception and they were OUTSTANDING in every way. The food was absolutely incredible; flavorful, perfectly prepared, and a huge hit with our guests. For our wedding dinner, Patti helped us come up with having breakfast for dinner (chicken and waffles, biscuit bar, and a grits bar). Beyond the food, the staff was kind, professional, extremely organized, and arriving well ahead of schedule. Keeping everything running smoothly and stress free.

I can't understand the reviews saying great food, i went to an event catered by them & the food was so horrible it was un edible! Mashed potatoes & gravy had a throwuo after taste, the green beans had a metal aftertaste & the mac & cheese was flavorless! The fried chicken was fried so hard it was super dry! Please go somewhere else these ppl can't cook!!!
