DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Terrible experience and very unprofessional. Installed a defective windshield and avoids answering calls. Keeps saying will reschedule for another date then ignores and blows me off. Also was supposed to be an OEM windshield and keeps saying they ordered the wrong one new one will take another month so trying to push their own aftermarket windshield. Gave in accepted aftermarket windshield and when they went to install guess what another wrong windshield. After 7 months and 5 windshields still have the... read more
Trash company with trash service. Had three attempts to repair my rear windshield and failed up until the third try. Then after they completed and the car was returned to me there were trim components unfastened from my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and any repair shops who decide to use it.
Five star ford told me this place is where they get their glass from so I called them. Good price and they came to me. Took an hour to do and I had to work so I couldn’t watch. I came back out and they were done and I paid. The guy on site was waiting for joy to run the payment and they had a personal chat about him not having a woman so he gets into trouble. Unprofessional but whatever. Then after he left I went back inside. I came out at my lunch break to check the car and I noticed my passenger side trim panel is scratche... read more
