Todd has been cleaning the carpets where I work for many years. I was in need of cleaning on a purchased home during a specific time on short notice (in between closing and move in). Todd was able to accommodate my schedule and showed up and gave me some great professional advice due to previous owners failed attempt to cover up pet stains and odors. Todd came highly recommended and lived up to his reputation. With three children under 6 and under I have good cause for a relationship with Hudson's, but it was the fact that he found a major water leak in my guest room that will keep me loyal. He could have just cleaned the carpet, accepted the money and gone on his way, but he didn't. He pointed out what he thought was the problem and told me that he would return once it was fixed.
