I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with stylist Aunye. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment to get my hair done for a Jay-Z concert. I took an Uber to the salon and waited outside for two hours, but she never arrived and did not contact me. Aunye finally texted me around 2:00 p.m. and simply said that she was sorry and did not have her phone.
