I went there for quotes in exotic wood to make bulk orders for my business and they promised to get the quotes in a week. The treatment was nice and friendly. I called after that week and they told me that they would call me back. Again I called a month later and they said the same. Months have passed and not a single call back. I needed that wood to keep working and they delayed me. I ended up getting it from other people. Sad, because they have good stuff even when they are a bit over the price, they had AAA exotics.

Went into Hudson & West this past week with my son to purchase some lumber and veneers to help him with his Boy Scout Eagle Project. We were met by Dwayne and his helper Zeke. What a fantastic experience compared to the other large retail lumber yards like the one down the street. They couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and advice as we navigated through our first major wood working project. I called and asked for a specific piece of veneer. When my husband got there, they gave him the wrong one, claiming that they got it ready when I called! They deliberately sold the wrong product. and when he went back, he faced rude, arrogant, careless attitude. do not shop from these people.

Gave clear order yesterday for what I need then came and picked it up. When installing I notice I was given the wrong part. Yes, I had cut this piece before noticing the issue. Came in the next day to see what can be done and an arrogant older gentleman kept calling me buddy and telling me he’s not gonna look into it and this was on me. “Do you have it in writing??”.
