I bought an item TimberLine Double Edge Trimer About 2 weeks ago , This item come Damaged missing parts I when to the Facility store Hudson & west then explain to one of the employee , But I been told he has to call he's Boss which is the Store manager when he's appears He' told me he will not give me any credit or any exchange for this item for the reason why he cannot resells it with out original packaged , I have mention to him to Even If I have the original Packaged he cannot even resells it for the reason why is damaged... read more
As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I was not wanted in there in all my 75 years of life. This is the worst Customer Service there was no Customer Service for me that day… I am disabled disabled I was told I had to pull my own parts. Find my own parts with no assistance. The manager was so rude. Finally, I was told to leave. I said I would never come back here again.
Beautiful wood in stock for any project.
I went there for quotes in exotic wood to make bulk orders for my business and they promised to get the quotes in a week. The treatment was nice and friendly. I called after that week and they told me that they would call me back. Again I called a month later and they said the same. Months have passed and not a single call back. I needed that wood to keep working and they delayed me. I ended up getting it from other people. Sad, because they have good stuff even when they are a bit over the price, they had AAA exotics.
Went into Hudson & West this past week with my son to purchase some lumber and veneers to help him with his Boy Scout Eagle Project. We were met by Dwayne and his helper Zeke. What a fantastic experience compared to the other large retail lumber yards like the one down the street. They couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and advice as we navigated through our first major wood working project.
