I just had a disappointing experience at Hudson & West. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I walked in, no one greeted me, despite there being two staff members present. I asked the man at the counter a question, but he didn’t seem interested in helping me find a solution. I ended up walking around for five minutes, and no one offered me any assistance. They just lost a sale! My budget was up to $1,000, but oh well! Thumbs
In 27 years of me working construction I have not been treated so rude and disrespected until today. I was a customer at these store for years and today the owner treated me so rude that I just walked away. I when looking for a Festool part and I was told to go home and do my homework and come back with the part number. As I was walking driving away another customer was coming out and told me that they didn’t wanted to help him, and decided to walk out after he heard what the owner told me. Make wood, not war!
Bad customer service. I was trying to get information & place an order but person on the phone was very dismissive. I would not recommend.
Great place. I stop in there once a year when I’m in town visiting family
