Terrible experience. I do not recommend this company at all. They have terrible customer service. If you want zero water, you can buy zero water at Walmart for $ 45 and not have the headache of dealing with this company and more than $ 3,960 debt plus interest that the company never explained. I think this company is a SCAM based on this experience: A couple weeks ago I received an unsolicited mass mailing in my mail from this company. It was a sample tube and an offer to receive a free water test for residential homeowners. I filled the tube and mailed it in.
