I’m extremely grateful for the care my dog received. She is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also deeply compassionate and attentive. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine love for animals. The experience was truly reassuring, and I would highly recommend her services.

Have you ever watched that show House? Well Dr. Budgin is Dr. House (minus the mean streak and oxy addiction). She and her team will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of that weird skin thing that has been debilitating your suffering pet, and she will do it with a heaping dose of scientific knowledge, persistence and compassion. Dr. Budgin is, without a doubt, preeminent in her field, and at HVVD I know our cat is in a safe, caring and professional environment. The process, from getting an appointment, right through to receiving the diagnosis that no other vet could pinpoint, was painless and stress-free for patient and parent alike. Now we have a happier, healthier, sore-free kitty that is, once again, loving life! We even received an education about foods to avoid and how to properly administer meds without getting mauled! If your pet requires der... read more

My cat is often very frightened at the vet’s office and was treated with patience and TLC. The doctor also provided medication to help ease stress for the next visit. I appreciate this and feel confident that Buzzy is in good hands.
