Vera is absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She has been cleaning my home and caring for my house, dogs, and cats whenever I’m away traveling, and she consistently goes above and beyond in every way. Terrible extremely unprofessional service. Scheduled in advance for today at 3pm. She showed up 30 minutes early unannounced while I was on a business call. I was renting a split house guest section of a Woodstock house for an Airbnb for three months and wanted a fresh cleaning. She knowcks on the owners side who is elderly she doesn’t know what she is there for. Vera was amazing to work with from the start. She was able to squeeze us in on short notice for a one-time clean, but she worked such wonders on our home that we're having her come back on a regular basis. The whole house sparkled and smelled so good that I can't go back to my own half-baked cleaning! She's professional, hard working, and an absolute delightful person. Even our cats loved her!
