Jeff was very, very helpful. I got into an accident in another state and called him out of desperation. He was gracious enough to call me right back to help me for free. Now that's Customer Service!!!

This place does great work. Jeff is friendly and great with communication, knowledgeable and very fair-priced. Highly recommended!!! As of 12/1/24: Jeff installed a new HVAC system and did some exterior plumbing work, all top-notch, again!
Just want to give a huge thanks to Jeff, we were out on are 2nd RV trip at which time we had a major plumbing crisis. We were given Jeff's # by the wonderful people at Rip Van Winkle Campground in Saugerties, NY. We called Jeff late in the afternoon on Friday and explained our situation, after we explained what happened he asked us a couple of questions about the RV and then he walked us through resolving the problem. So once again Jeff, thank you, because of you we were able to continue on our adventure.
You can’t say enough good about this guy. Jeff replaced our A/C in 3 days after Camping World jerked us around for months. He did all the warranty work for us. And we can enjoy our trailer once again for the first time in a year. He was a great guy. Had no problem giving the keys to the trailer and he did the work on site at our seasonal while we weren’t around. He even looked at a couple of other things for us while he was here.
