Jeff was very helpful. Got a gooseneck hitch installed on my truck and it looks factory installed. A very nice job and very pleased. Definitely recommend!
Just had a great experience with Jeff at Hudson Valley RV! He helped us navigate a super complicated warranty repair for our A/C - his knowledge of the machine as well as the vendors backend reimbursement process - saved us a tremendous amount of headaches. Great service and on a Sunday too. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and gave me great direction over the phone to correct the issue.
Honestly, I have yet to pay Jeff for services to my RV as of 7.4.25. I tried to give Hudson Valley RV money/business and when my wife called he said tell me what's going on and he literally WALKED us through not 1 but 2 problems (and 2 different phone calls) with our 2018 Minnie Winnie and helped us fix them over the phone by just texting pictures back and forth. Jeff was very, very helpful. I got into an accident in another state and called him out of desperation. He was gracious enough to call me right back to help me for free. Now that's Customer Service!!!
