We were at a campground and having trouble with our water not working. We called Jeff desperate - our trip was about to be ruined! He troubleshot a bunch of things with us (spent a while on the phone with us with no charge!) and was gonna have someone to us in 30 mins when it didn’t work. We eventually figured out that it was the stupid Aerotor screens on the faucets. I called Jeff right back and he called off the service call. He was so helpful!!! If I’m in this area again and in a jam, I will def call him back! Thank you!
Jeff was quick to respond when we were in need of onsite service. His knowledge and experience shined through with every conversation that took place. His service was prompt, prices were fair, and communication thorough from start to finish.

I highly recommend Hudson Valley Rv. The owner actually answered the phone. He was wonderful. We had a problem with our slide and he first talked us through some things to try and fix it. That in itself shows what an honest and sincere man he is. Unfortunately those things didnt work and he had us bring it down the same day. He was great, friendly and very knowledgeable.
