I would NOT recommend working with these people. Zero communication. They did a project for us, told us the project was finished and I find out that they withheld IMPORTANT information for over a month before giving us the full story. I had already spent thousands of dollars cleaning up the mess of their project only to hear a month later there was more work to be done and that I would have to undo everything I paid to have cleaned up. We hired Hudson Valley Preservation for two larger home remodeling projects. The first was an install of a very custom high end kitchen and the other was repair to the side of our house. We decided to hire HVP the first time based on asking other people we knew in the trades for recommendations. The HVP name kept coming up. I’ve completed one building project with HVPC and they are working on a second for us. The house they completed for us is truly spectacular and they did a wonderful job. Mason and Dave are exceptional to work with and are very focused on quality and making sure that their client is satisfied. I’ve built a number of other houses and think they are top notch contractors. I trust them completely and would recommend them without any reservation.

Hudson Valley Preservation was hired for different projects for our home. In spite of the fact that they have great sub-contractors on their roster who do very good to excellent work, their major detractor is that you can wind up getting “better jobbed.” This happened to my husband and I without so much as a word or explanation from Dave Seeger’s.
