If you don't know the brand of filter you have don't call this place for repair. won't bother helping you unless they know the brand. I wasn't loud or rude but the woman on the phone did not like the questions i asked in a very courteous manner and unwilling to help
They are fantastic. We have used them for the last two years and have been very happy. They have done big projects for us including installing a new pool liner as well as regular maintenance and our pool looks great. They are easy to communicate with and very reliable. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment they called 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to be here to say they do not service our town. We did speak to them 4 time prior to the appointment to make sure we had all they needed, they never mentioned not servicing our town (we are only 20 minutes from them). Had to take day off work to accommodate them for that??!! Very unprofessional.
