Left several messages a week ago to have someone call me back to make a new patient appt. Thank God I'm not dying I would be dead waiting on them. Better yet you dont belong working in Healthcare if you cant handle your job, dont have patience or consideration for another humans life. DISGUSTING I hope people read this review and look elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU!!! Based on others review this seems to be a trend here. I had a bad experience here a year ago when receiving an echo from one of the staff who was incredibly heavy handed, and I walked out sore and in pain. I already have chronic pain so it made it worse. I’ve been getting echos since I was a baby, and I’ve never experienced that. My heart doctor referred me to get an echo done last week (I need yearly checkups) and I was worried coming here again after my bad experience. The non clinical staff here must be overworked and underappreciated by leadership. The cardiologist and nurse practitioners are very good and attentive. Dr Mark Harrison and Anne Lucas are really good at their job. I have moved all my physicians to The Premiere Medical Group with the last move being my cardiologist. Nuvance is a hot mess and this recent confusion with my BP medication not being refilled when CVS Caremark reached out several times to advise new refills are required are the straw that broke the camels back.
