Dr. Boukhris is AMAZING! She’s a rare find. I’m a nurse practitione, and I’m super picky about the providers I choose for myself. She is very informative and listens, teaches, she’s just simply amazing!! I also see Dr. Ruiz, and he’s great! Very thorough, takes his time! Front desk is awesome. When you call, you never sit on hold. In-house labs +++, ♥️this practice ♥️

I took my daughter for orthotics inserts 7/10/2024. We were told by their staff that the inserts would arrive before August. I called 7/23, 8/6, 8/13 and again 9/6. Each time I was told the inserts had not arrived but someone on their staff would call me as soon as they received notification. Now today is 10/2/2024 almost 3 months later and zero communication. I called yet again and the person who answered the phone told me they "just" got a fax that they would arrive this week. Why didn't I get a phone call? Why hasn't anyo... read more

Called to get information on becoming a new patient. They have one physician in the office and the next available appointment in April.

Great! Andrew Shapiro was fantastic to see! I cant recommend him or the office enough. Receptionists are super fast answering the phone, scheduling apps and being overall just fantastic people.

Dr. Boukhris is lovely and thorough; however office staff and nurse are incompetent and/or don’t communicate. Waited 40 min for a PPD (TB) test. When I was finally called in I saw a blood vial. I asked the nurse why there was a vial for a PPD test, so she went to “check.” Came back and told me that they don’t have any in the office. Un-f***ing-believable.
