Dr. Levine and the staff at HVF are just incredible! I would highly recommend anyone to try this clinic. It’s a small clinic but THIS is where you will get the personalized attention that you deserve. I want to start with a quick story of another clinic we went to - we our fertility journey in MA at Boston IVF. They’re a HUGE company with multiple offices - everything’s super fancy looking - thought we would be in good hands. Wrong! I called Hudson Valley Fertility today, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed and discouraged. From the moment the phone was answered, the interaction felt more focused on insurance and scheduling than on understanding why I was calling. As I began to explain my situation, the first question I was asked was about my insurance. After being placed on hold, the receptionist returned and seemed primarily focused on booking an appointment rather than answering the questions I had as a prospective patient. ... read more
