Dr. Levine and the staff at HVF are just incredible! I would highly recommend anyone to try this clinic. It’s a small clinic but THIS is where you will get the personalized attention that you deserve. I called Hudson Valley Fertility today, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed and discouraged. From the moment the phone was answered, the interaction felt more focused on insurance and scheduling than on understanding why I was calling. As I began to explain my situation, the first question I was asked was about my insurance. After being placed on hold, the receptionist returned and seemed primarily focused on booking an appointment rather than answering the questions I had as a prospective patient. ... read more

Terrible experience. Not a thoughrough enough examination from Dr. Levine, and talks straight into IVF. Bad communication from office, had to hound them for test results and call backs to move further in the process. I know some people are stuck going where insurance pays, but if you have the option, go some where else where you aren't treated like a number.
