I went to hudson valley family physicians for a physical,after blood work I was called and told. To immediately go to the hospital,where I found out I had leukemia, from that day I spent 60 days at west chester medical center fighting for my life,recently we were called by hvfp and told we had missed the follow up appointment for the results of the physical and charged $88 Dollars,it was clear to them I was hospitalized they are the ones who called and told me to go immediately, fast forward a week and they have put me in to... read more
Repeatedly been trying to pay a bill for the last three weeks… either the phone sends you to automated message during OPEN hours or I get transferred to voicemail, which nobody ever returns… then they have the audacity to send a late fee bill that is postmarked the SAME DAY as the original bill… Still unable to make a payment, still no response…
Terrible service worst place i’ve been to don’t go
I've been going here for my annual checkups for years and have only good things to say about the office staff, doctors, and nurses!
