Trusting my eyes to Dr Tostanoski for 25 years and counting, she’s the best!
Not a very professional place. Was calling for hours. Since the new company bought Hudson Valley they are horrible. And Dr. T was so rude to me. Never going back there again
Doctor is fine but I have left multiple voicemails with no call back. When I finally was able to make an appointment, they cancelled on me the day of because of an outage, saying they would call back to reschedule. I received no call back and have left multiple voicemails since then, again no call back. I am done with this practice.
I like Dr. Tostinoski but I'm absolutley shocked at the Hawthorne office. I had eye problems on July 25, 2024 at 9:30. I started calling the clinic Thursday, Friday., Monday and today, Tuesday and have left many messages and not one of them has been returned. I'm leaving Hudson Valley Eye Associates for such terrible and shoddy care for one of their long time patients.
