Totally satisfied with these guys. I had thrown out several letters as junk mail. Then bothered to read one, they promise a lowering of your property assessment resulting in tax savings and bill a percentage of the first year’s savings only if successful. I got their bill and a larger refund check on my already paid 2012 taxes at the same time.
Saved money on my property taxes I received a letter in the mail from this company. At first I was skeptical, but I figured I didn't have anything to lose because their contract states that they only get paid if they "win" a tax reduction for you. It worked! They did all the work, and I am saving money with reduced property taxes.
