Normally I do not sit around Rating my experience with businesses, But I will make an exception for this one. Someone commented here that their service is Atrocious. They were being too kind. How these people have stayed in business for all these years is Way beyond me. You can order the smallest part, one that you just removed from your stock bike, go pick it up, and as you try to install it find Frustratingly, that it does not fit. I've went there 3 times every time i went there they had what I needed, I purchased a dirt bike from them and the dirt bike was amazing so far
I have gone in 4 times for tube replacements on pit bikes. All 4 times they didn't meet the projected date, which is very frustrating as I am only able to pick them up on weekends. On top of that, 3 of those times the tire was flat again within 1 hour picking it up! I gave an extra star because one of those times they admitted to their mistake and repaired the tire for free.
What began as a simple cosmetic project turned into a nightmare where I had no bike for SIX MONTHS. Along the way...unfulfilled delivery dates, wrong parts ordered, previously installed lighting ruined, inept mechanics ( 2 miles away after delivery I was blowing smoke and oil all over the road.) All of this and more for top, top dollar. Keep your sanity and go elsewhere.
