We've been using HVFCUfor all our banking needs for almost 30 years !
I tried to open a checking account with them last week. They said they needed a few days and they would call me. They did not call me. I have excellent credit. And they are dragging their feet. They had me sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes. I watched the same women stroll back and forth chatting with people looking like she had no purpose whatsoever. Finally I went to the front desk and asked them how much longer it would be since 1/2 an hour wait is a lot more than "a few minutes." Finally the same leisurely woman show... read more
