Terrible bank I do NOOOT recommend. Just tried to make a purchase (I had money in my account yesterday) and it declined. Tried to check online banking (everything was correct on there) and couldn’t sign in whatsoever meanwhile I changed the password FIFTEEN TIMES in one month. That’s insane. Yeah you guys lost a customer since 2016. Idk wtf happened but terrible service, I do not trust you people with my money tbh.
This bank has seriously gone down hill. I was recently a victim of attempted fraud. I was sent a fraudulent check for work i was thought to do. After finding out it was a bad check and luckily no money was lost. Hvcu locked my online access due to the fraud. I spoke tp someone in the mitigation department and was given tips to avoid such possible scams. After the check my account was only with 11 bucks and in a blink hvcu took the 11 bucks as payment towards a loan payment i missed due to the bad check. They brought my accou... read more
Hudson valley is one of the best banks I've ever ran into very friendly employees and customer service.I would recommend this bank to family and friends.It's a blessing to know they're kind
