TL;DR- Great marketing, but mediocre service, and unprofessional lack of follow-up on commitments made to resolve issues. *** Lori and Heather arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled time for a deep clean estimated at 4 hours. my home was in great need of attention D/T covid (no available help )and my inability to do it (I because of spinal issues ).Our home is spacious and I was overwhelmed.Lori came in ( with her sweet team) and made it sparkle, I wouldn't think of using any other cleaners, They really are amazing,
They do a good job
I called and spoke with Lori , she was very polite and reasonably priced . I had a last minute meeting to host and needed a emergency cleaning done so she came that day and took care of everything ! Even helped me set everything up out of pure kindness without even asking . I will definitely be using HVC regularly for all my cleaning and catering needs
