Our home carpets look the best they have ever looked after professional cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times over the years. Mel was professional, follow through was excellent, efficient and the results are amazing. I am already planning to book Mel at Hudson Valley Carpet Cleaning or my office carpets.

I spoke to Mel he made an appointment to have my mom’s carpet clean and they never showed up and they never called to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional!!! Would never hire them!!!!

I actually am having the same experience as Trevor below. Working with Hudson Valley Carpet Cleaning has been a nightmare for my partner and I. Mel has had our 2 carpets since mid-March, and he will not return our phone calls. I have never experienced this kind of service, and it makes me believe I too am being conned. I went to the FedEx drop off location where his business is listed, and they told me his mail box has been closed for years.
