Dr Steinberg and his staff are the absolute best.. Dr Steinberg does everything he can for his patients. Joanne also goes above and beyond to make sure the patients receive everything possible. I wanted to express my gratitude to this practice down to the nurses for the best treatment EVER… for my dad.. I am a very particular person so give this practice a call.
I first had treatment about 6 years ago when this was a privately run practice. It ran like clockwork - the nurses and staff were great and everything always went smoothly with my treatments. Now Westchester Medical Center owns them and it's a disaster. I was supposed to begin treatment today but they neglected to tell me I needed certain blood work ahead of time. I waited 2 1/2 hours before they informed me of this fact, and then it turned out that the blood work was never even ordered in their system. They were so messed u... read more
