If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are terrible communicators and have given my loved one incorrect information regarding their diagnosis. I have also observed unsanitary conditions which leave me concerned because this is a place where immunocompromised people visit and having nurses not wear gloves when they touch contaminated surfaces and then touching my loved one is absolutely unacceptable and deeply concerning. My mother loves her Dr. there, & I do to. I believe he is very competent, knowledgeable, & skilled in his area of expertise. He's always very thorough & clear when explaining things, & always open to any outside or secondary opinions. The same can't be said for the staff. Having records forwarded to other doctors is always a 2 -3 call process & u have to call & confirm documents have been sent, even though they're supposed to be sent every month. They are very understaffed making it hard to get ahold of someone when u need t... read more

They never pick up the phones , and then I noticed that they will pick up but hangup and then you have to call back like 5-20 times before someone answers . Not understanding how is it that a cancer center that supposed to be concerned about their patients question or concerns nobody cares to help or respond.
