My mother loves her Dr. there, & I do to. I believe he is very competent, knowledgeable, & skilled in his area of expertise. He's always very thorough & clear when explaining things, & always open to any outside or secondary opinions. The same can't be said for the staff. Having records forwarded to other doctors is always a 2 -3 call process & u have to call & confirm documents have been sent, even though they're supposed to be sent every month. They never pick up the phones , and then I noticed that they will pick up but hangup and then you have to call back like 5-20 times before someone answers . Not understanding how is it that a cancer center that supposed to be concerned about their patients question or concerns nobody cares to help or respond.

My mother went here for a consult. They were the most insensitive, unprofessional office. Definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone looking for a quality facility and caring doctor!
