Hudson Valley Ambition has honestly been life changing. I joined in June of 2025 and it was the best decision for my fitness journey! Hudson Valley Ambition for me has always been more than a gym, it’s a family. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, HVA meets you there and helps you grow. Need some motivation? I promise you you’ll get that and more! I personally went from working out because I hated myself and the way I looked, and now I have found a love for fitness. it has become something I don’t know what I’d do without. And I couldn’t have gotten here without my HVA family getting me here.
HVA was the beginning of my fitness journey over a year ago. The supportive environment and challenging workouts got me moving in the the right direction! I lost weight and gained muscle, and confidence. This year I even started Spartan racing. What I didnt anticipate was mindset coaching, gorgeous outdoor sunrise workouts with new supportive friends, a new social circle with fun events and a community that looks out for each other. Highly recommend if you are stuck in workouts and in life.
What an amazing group, it's like a hidden jem. The best way to describe the coaches and team is wow. I didn't know what to expect when I started, nervous at first but that didn't last long they welcomed me right in. This is a team that is worth joining, the right motivation to keep you going and help you stay on track of your journey.
