From start to finish, they are professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They keep everything organized and explain each step clearly, which makes the process smooth and stress free. The whole team works efficiently and communicates consistently. I truly feel supported throughout every transaction and would highly recommend them to anyone needing title services.

Back and forth. Still dealing with them. Said title search came up with all types of stuff then ended up being not true. Want me to pay prep fees but almost 2 months later, property is still not closed, and still a big mess. They got involved, and everything has been a huge mess. Glen says one thing then another. I'm not from New York but it should not be this difficult to close. Prep fees for what? Nothing has been prepped or closed. They change their minds, saying I need additional people involved for fees, etc, paperwork.... read more

I will never use this company and ensure none of my clients do it as well. They are incompetent and liars. Very bad experience.
