The Hudson Title Group has been exceptionally unprofessional. Their escrow officers missed delinquent property taxes and lien on the home we purchased. I’ve emailed and called the group with no response or attempt to communicate with me. They do not have an active phone line and must be defunct. I am in the process of suing them (the partners).
Run! Terrible company. No one knows what they are doing in this place. HOA past due payments has not been settled at the time of closing and now we can’t get ahold of anyone from this place. A scam business
DO NOT CLOSE HERE. Go to Chicago Title, Republic, or others. their website states "Accessible, Accurate, Timely". Nothing is further from the truth. This firm made a major mistake in filing (filed my deed in duplicate causing issues with the county). This has cost thousands of $$ in delays and issues with adding / modifying notes to my property. First off, let's talk about the legal advise that your company gave to someone WITHOUT them having a law degree, and a license to practice law. Not knowing a situation, or a divorce decree, calling someone that has no interest in what the seller has to offer. Then let's move on to the fact that the whole system was screwed, did not follow ANYTHING in the contract and had to be rewritten multiple times BEFORE signing.
