Chef John was very engaging and ran an efficient class
We went with a group of friends. Everyone had an exceptional time.
John Parlatore Is awesome! This is my second time taking a class with him and learning cooking different techniques and knife skills. I have been to the Indian and Korean BBQ classes and they were fantastic experiences! I appreciate the way he teaches and the food always comes out delicious. I would highly recommend Hudson Table!
Attended for a birthday celebration and it was the perfect night. All staff and chefs were pleasant and attentive, it was a fun and interactive experience, the food was creative and delicious. 10/10 experience from start to finish. We definitely plan to be back again to experience what the other chefs are cooking up. Congrats to Chef's Amanda and Elmiene!
