Went for a chef competition and couldn't have had a better time! Such a great experience and amazing food!
What a fantastic experience! A truly memorable evening thanks to the wonderful chefs and delicious food! Class was not only fun but informative and the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Will certainly do it again!
We had such a great time at Hudson Table. It was such an awesome experience to watch the two very talented chefs, their sous chefs and the staff in action. The food was amazing, too. I highly recommend this restaurant and its unique experience!
The event was so much fun and the food and wines were delicious! I’d like to give a special thanks to the cooking staff and the young woman who engaged the group for a description of the food preparation and pasta cutting, she has great presence with a crowd! The only suggestion is to add a vegetable to the menu in addition to the salad. Our friends will definitely consider your venue for future parties as will we!
We had a very fun, delicious and enlightening night with Chef John Parlatore and his assistant Dante at the Stamford Hudson Table. I love to cook but never had any training. Chef John gave us lessons and explained the hows and why of everything we were doing. The food was amazing! Not only were we sent home with the recipes (which we’re anxious to recreate in our home) but we were also sent home with enough food for a second meal. We will definitely be back!
