Awesome dentist office! Im always seen right after I check in with no wait. Everyone from the hygienists to the dentists to the front desk and x-ray tech are so kind and make me feel very comfortable. I always feel like I am in expert hands.
Normally, the $50 fluoride treatment includes application by the hygienist — but because it was near closing time, they sent me home with the gel and told me to dry it with a hairdryer. Before I could even dry my teeth, I was burning my face, so I payed 50$ for nothing. They still charged the full $50 for a tube that costs three dollars. They also told me that an added benefit of applying it myself is that I could leave it on overnight and that way it has more time to do its magic. Good. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provide clear explanations and expectations. The location is modern and spacious so I never feel like I’m at a dentist office but rather at a serene spa. My dental hygienist is a gem. Explained everything clearly and didn’t upsell me on anything which I appreciate. Overall another great experience at the dentist on a Friday. This is what I’ve come to expect and am always beyond satisfied and clean when I leave. Thanks again!
