I was scheduled for a cleaning and consultation but ended up waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. I had specifically asked the receptionist to ensure the doctor showed me her portfolio of work, but that never happened. The cleaning itself was mediocre — nothing special. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the experience and wouldn’t recommend this office based on my visit.
12/10, I didn’t have to wait, the office was tidy and modern, and the staff hit the perfect balance between hospitable & professional. Su took my x-rays and scans and it was my smoothest experience to date. Marinela was a phenomenal hygienist and Dr Carpenter took the time to hear all my concerns and discuss solutions with me. I didn’t feel judged at all(which i feel is rare in the dental world). Will definitely be returning & recommending to all of my friends and family
