I always look forward to my visits. Kathleen, Dr Effendi and the staff are very attentive and care very deeply for their patient's health and lives. I have found the perfect place to keep my health on the top. Five star.
I was referred to this office from a co-worker who is a patient here a couple years ago. Kathy the NP is an amazing person. Dr. E is also amazing. The care and the support they provide is top notch. I also referred my nephew to this office too. The staff are great and the front desk girl is so good at multi tasking.
Not good
This office is terrible. The office staff never calls back and if you need an appointment, you will need to call multiple times to even speak to someone. They can't even get a referral right. Had a referral for a cat scan and it was written wrong. It's over a week later an still waiting for the corrected copy. Can't even get the office staff to call me back! Worst office ever! Do not go there.
