The lady at the reception is extremely rude & disrespectful. She doesn’t know what she is doing. I won’t recommend. I wonder how Dr. Tahir Affendi would let the staff at reception treat his patients so rudely/unprofessionally. So unfortunate.

Dr. Mamdani is such a sweet caring dr as well as his nurse Deb. Unfortunately one of the receptionists is less than empathetic and does not let you through to talk or leave a message for the Dr even when you are following up from an appointment still in severe pain. She acts like the gatekeeper but than is very argumentative when she can’t provide the same input as a clinician can.
