Dr. Mamdani is such a sweet caring dr as well as his nurse Deb. Unfortunately one of the receptionists is less than empathetic and does not let you through to talk or leave a message for the Dr even when you are following up from an appointment still in severe pain. She acts like the gatekeeper but than is very argumentative when she can’t provide the same input as a clinician can. Worst practice ever! Would not recommend!
Appointment ran an hour and a half late, doctor left to chat on the phone and then excused themselves for what I assumed was going to be a couple of minutes but they never came back. They left and didn’t finish my appointment. It’s the start of a new year if a practice can’t handle the influx of patients that come with that, they need to stop accepting new ones.
