First service on the scheduled water tank maintenace day went smoothly and quickly. The second appointment, two days later, went also very well in spite of the unexpected obstacles created by the toilet I purchased earlier. Our service guy, Mitch, solved it in a timely manner having replaced two toilets on this day and leaving us very happy. Thank you Mitch.
