What a great experience with these guys very knowledgeable very friendly and solved. My problem with my equipment needs saving me, hundreds. They also have a nice selection of Hotsy pressure washers, and other tools
Worst experience with a repair shop I've ever had. Expect nothing to get done on time. I was told 2 days till diagnosis, waited 2 weeks called back nothing done, waited another 2 weeks called and was told it would be done within a week,2 more weeks i showed up took my machine home they had not even done the diagnostics they changed me for. Don't go.
terrible! no attention to detail of the problem, lack of motivation to get your equip up and running total rip. You will be better off getting a manual and doing it your self. Tool was returned to me after 7 weeks first contact said it was fixed, not even close, all they did was change the oil. This was not even close to the issue though i spent a long time explaining, as they wrote it down. Second time still not fixed, third time a charm? dream on it is worse then when i brought it in. Beware, these business owners are a joke and they will rob you, I brought in two Milwaukee tools to get repaired and first they made me wait over two months just for an estimate then they tried to charge me a total of $368 to fix them when I can buy them both new for a total of $150!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Cool
These people are the absolute worst, do NOT take ANYTHING here to be repaired, they will tell you there are significant additional charges, lose parts, lose your entire tool, tell you their computers are down, employees are sick etc. They will even talk smack about other customers and refuse to answer phone calls from them right in front of you, they do not care. The sooner this place goes out of business the better off this valley will be .
