Sent my Milwaukee tool in for warranty work over 2 months ago. Checked in a few weeks later, was told warranty was approved and parts should be there that week. Few more weeks go by and still nothing. Reached out again and was told the warranty repair guy had shoulder surgery and was out but one of the others would get it handled by Monday. Beware, I took my Milwaukee for warranty work after calling Milwaukee confirming it was in warranty. When I got there, there was another person in there asking when their tool is ready as it was already 3 weeks. The guy at the counter said they are busy and should be soon. I should have second guessed at this time because I continued with dropping my tool off with them. Told me my Milwaukee wasn't under warranty when I sent it to Milwaukee. They fixed it and told me it was under warranty. Guy at the front desk had no motivation and no communication skills
Straight up scam!!! Brought two of my, very expensive tools on to be looked at. The cost to repair was more than the actual tool. Went to pick them up and was told o own $100 to pick them up. I really believe they are jacking up prices to keep peoples very expensive tools or just rip them off…
What a great experience with these guys very knowledgeable very friendly and solved. My problem with my equipment needs saving me, hundreds. They also have a nice selection of Hotsy pressure washers, and other tools
