Told me my Milwaukee wasn't under warranty when I sent it to Milwaukee. They fixed it and told me it was under warranty. Guy at the front desk had no motivation and no communication skills
Straight up scam!!! Brought two of my, very expensive tools on to be looked at. The cost to repair was more than the actual tool. Went to pick them up and was told o own $100 to pick them up. I really believe they are jacking up prices to keep peoples very expensive tools or just rip them off…
What a great experience with these guys very knowledgeable very friendly and solved. My problem with my equipment needs saving me, hundreds. They also have a nice selection of Hotsy pressure washers, and other tools
Worst experience with a repair shop I've ever had. Expect nothing to get done on time. I was told 2 days till diagnosis, waited 2 weeks called back nothing done, waited another 2 weeks called and was told it would be done within a week,2 more weeks i showed up took my machine home they had not even done the diagnostics they changed me for. Don't go.
terrible! no attention to detail of the problem, lack of motivation to get your equip up and running total rip. You will be better off getting a manual and doing it your self. Tool was returned to me after 7 weeks first contact said it was fixed, not even close, all they did was change the oil. This was not even close to the issue though i spent a long time explaining, as they wrote it down. Second time still not fixed, third time a charm? dream on it is worse then when i brought it in.
