What a disappointment. So many product lines I like. And a sales clerk too busy with his phone to be bothered with being attentive to customers. This is a brick and mortar boutique competing with online retailers carrying almost everything you offer. Customer servic, attentiveness, and basic sales skills are critical to be competitive, but if my experience is equally as impersonal as buying off a website with a wider range of stock....you lost my business. I have had several pairs of my Levi's repaired here a couple of years ago and the mends are still holding up perfectly! Very professional job and friendly. Highly recommended!
Dropped in for a visit during the Christmas Parade and had a great time. Amazing quality of the products that they have available. The denim is fantastic and we had a great time speaking with the staff and being educated about their craft!
