Made a service call for a gator - tech came out but machine still wasn't running properly afterward. I waited a week for info regarding what was found at the call & never heard from anyone. I finally had to call them myself - I was told I'd receive an estimate for the work that ACTUALLY needed to be done, which i never received either. Experience cost me $300 and machine still isn't working. Will be taking it elsewhere for this and all future work needing to be done.

Poor communication, our compressor has been there for over a week. We’ve asked to speak to the mechanic several times and no response would not recommend. I decide to go in in person to speak with the staff. I was clearly upset about the poor communication. Poor lady at the desk was doing her best while the service manager visibly sat there just watching. He heard everything that took place and I finally asked to speak with him. He said, “sure”, he made multiple Excuses!!! I own my own company and would not recommend
