Bought a Z530M in March of 2023, after telling the salesman I had 6 acres of orchards to mow, not manicured land in July of 2025, mower deck pulley broke clear off the deck. The service provider, Jess, was completely useless. Every time an issue arrived, she would say she would get back to me. All week I constantly had to chase her down to here them say they will NOT honor the warranty. At first she tried to say it was only 2 years, after talking to corporate, they told me 4 years.
