They kept my tractor for a month for a 20min recall repair. Called the service manager to see if they could make good on keeping my tractor there that long seeing how we pay 272 dollars on it a month and they had it that long... Jacob said that they would make a payment on it for keeping it there that long. When I called he didn't even know it was still there and was very apologetic.
