I did the Sleepy Hollow sunset tour recently and it was FANTASTIC! Steve is an incredible guide who is not only knowledgeable about kayaking, but also the surrounding area so you get a little history in as well. A wonderful adventure and I encourage others to check them out

We’ve rented from Hudson River Recreation in the past, and yesterday we bought two used kayaks at their sale. Ryan was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about our options, and provided suggestions for places to launch in our area and resources to get us started. We’re so grateful for his help!

We spent a beautiful day out here in the waters with Steve, who was wonderfully pleasant. He gave us the opportunity to choose which route to take so we can get the most out of the experience. The view was stunning and we felt safe with Steve, he was very caring and pleasant. I can tell we all enjoyed the kayak tour together! Definitely recommend everyone in the tristate area to experience this.

We had such an incredible time on the sunset kayaking tour at the Sleepy Hollow location. The views were absolutely beautiful, but what really made the experience unforgettable was our guide, Steve. He was informative, kind, and conversational—sharing interesting facts while also making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. His energy and warmth turned a great tour into something truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Steve leading it!
