I'm sure Dr. Desa is a lovely Doctor, but I did not have a good experience trying to deal with this practice. Here is warning if any other patients like myself are looking for a new PCP and have thyroid disease. My throid condition was perfectly managed by my previous PCP (who I can't see anymore due to a insurance change) on Nature-throid/Armour thyroid. These are legitimate and safe medications that have been on the market FOREVER and treat thyroid disease the same way and have the same side effects as synthetic T4 medicat... read more
