Jim the owner walked into my home, smiled at my daughter sitting at our dining room table and said I’m here to ruin your life. He then said he wants to get a license plate that reads “Dealkillr” but his wife won’t let him. Clearly something is not right! I was not home at the time but if I had been, I would have thrown him out. I hope he can resolve any and all issues he is dealing with before his next appraisal. One star is not appropriate!

Still waiting for my report after a month. Owner said I would get it within 2 weeks of the appraisal. He gets defensive when I ask him, claims a different deadline than the one he gave, and then blows through that deadline. Never an apology, he can't be wrong.
