I went to my eye doctor not knowing i had a torn retina, when i found out i was so scared. They called Dr. Miller-Rivero..she said come right away. I had same day surgery as a new patient with them not knowing who I was, but just wanting to help someone. I am so grateful to the doctor and all the staff members for their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for caring. I am on my way to recovery. So relieved...
The office needs to be more personable from the receptionist to the MA nurse whatever she is doesn’t introduce herself Dr Miller Rivera she’s ok not very friendly . This is in regard to Fishkill office I went with my Aunt who was a patient. We will stick with Poughkeepsie from here on out .
Giving two stars for the friendly nursing staff only .. wait hours past your apt and the doctor doesn’t show up on time causing you to wait longer ... save the top me money and effort and go somewhere else ! 1030 apt finally seen at 12pm box the dr didn’t come to the office until 1130 and this is not the first time
