I would give them 10 stars. Brand new patient with medical emergency called of all days on Monday when just opened. Had me in within the hour. Kind knowledgeable staff and doctors. Immediately Dr. Kaplan grasped urgency of situation after ophthalmologist in hospitals couldn't even catch the obvious signs. Need to see Nuro ophthalmologist Which are extremely limited, locations Westchester Putnam Albany. staff able to get me in Thursday which is incredible in these days. These guys are the real deal.
