Just finished a 6-month lease with this company. I had nothing but issues the entire time! The trailer wasn’t very clean upon move in. The bathroom window was broken & we were told that a new one had been ordered they were waiting on it to come in. (Keep in mind the window was being held together by painters tape that had a message from prior tenant saying that the window had been broken for 6 weeks prior to us moving in!!!) we also found a few bugs & they did come spray. Waited in line at drive thru for at least 20 mins. It was 10:20 pm. Employee very confused...welcome to Wendy's may i take your order. Then i proceeded to state seperate orders. She says hold on a minute it seems to me only 2 people inside. Nearly late for work.

They've been awesome with me, I've been renting there with my family of 4 for over a year now(?), I just wish they had a payment method that didn't require driving there. Online payments save so much time and are just easier... I'd give them 5 stars if they had ways to pay online. This is relevant: As for pets... When we sign our name we are held accountable for our promises, and they have a HUGE NO PET SIGN, it's huge and they are VERY clear about it and I respect that..
