DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We paid them $100,000 to build a hot tub, fountain and redo the pool. The heat on the spa has never worked; the fountain had to be torn down; and the pool heat works sporadically. They were insulting and will not return our phone calls. I'm not a litigious person or I would sue them.
Hudson pool and Spa Bought an Arctic Spa 4 years ago the service has been Outstanding. My experience has been Spa's cost nothing the first 3 years of operation after that the consant heat etc. starts taking there toll That is where the engineering and dealer that services the spa comes in . My neighbor bought a hot tub that is prone to freezing in the winter he saved maybe 500-1,000 .I have artharitis in my back the winter is when I need a hot tub . Tim S. Medina OHio
Excellent Customer Service Recently we purchased a used spa and needed to arrange for service. I used this company on a recommendation from a friend and to my complete surprise, they arranged for a service appointment that was convenient to me, kept it and fixed the problem.
