After this post with their response I received a phone call this morning from the general manager. He explained what happened and that they have renamed this program. We've always had quick, excellent service with redoing our sewer line and whole house plumbing in an emergency from Hudson's. Then today things went downhill quickly. On April 12, 2024 Nate replaced our water softner and sold us a Lifetime Diamond Club Membership. This would give us reduced service call fees and discounted parts from our understanding. Hudson plumbing was here yesterday to perform their yearly inspection. Well it turned out to be a hectic day as our water softener needed to be replaced and with further inspection our water pump also needed to be replaced. Nate took care of the inspection on all our plumbing items and did a great job inspite of the disappointment of our water softener and water pump needing to be replaced.
