Do not i repeat do not rent from this company even if you are desperate, the break laws all the time, it's hard to get ahold of anyone, just look up Roselyfe management and there reviews and it is completely true, you can pay youre rent on time amd be a great tenant but as soon as you need something you will never ever get it, I've seen people loose power due to faulty electrical lines due to landlord responsibility and they never fix it, as soon as I can I am out
A horrible place to live. I live here and caution anyone of renting in this place run by roselyfe property management. The place Needs a lot of maintenance and pest control services which is not offered. If anything breaks it'll take Hudson place apartments or the apartment manager a long time to fix it. But the place is very quiet there's no issues with noise and there are no issues with crime activity or police visits.
Place sucks you pay 1500 a month do you're own pest control and maintenance and the pool is never open. The laundry Matt is always breaking and cops and drug dealing goes on all the time can't wait till the lease is up
Now The Oasis run by Roselyfe Property management, terrible property managers. Slum lord apartments your bathtub will be coated with paint meant for a regular wall. The cheap paint will peel with the flick of a nail. Will raise the rent for no good reason while making no improvements to the property.
Came here to meet with someone to see an apartment and nobody showed up or called, after confirming the appointment. Also, spoke with several neighbors who mentioned how bad their plumbing was amongst many other issues like roaches, broken closet and cabinet doors that nobody will fix. Yikes, run!
