This company is a joke. Don't be a fool and waste your time and money behind these scam artist. Please do your self a favor, and get a better company that will not rip you off as Hudson Paving & Masonry. I'm so surprised that they are still in business. They work are very poor. Bit off more than they can chew. John made more promises than he could deliver and we fault ourselves for trusting him. He’s definitely a snake in sheep’s clothing. Their biggest scam is that they give you unusually low quotes. Biggest lie he told was that he’s “a man of his word.” They were contracted to do some landscaping (which they couldn’t do then they sub-contracted), concrete and asphalt driveway. Total scam. Gave me a lowball price to repair first step of my front porch steps but said they would have to "Test" to see if more work was needed. The test was taking a sledge hammer to the second step and then saying all the steps needed to be replaced for more than 10x a much.

I hired this company to rebuild a retaining wall in May of 2020. I gave them a $5000.00 deposit and they refused to do the job in accordance with construction codes or installation instructions. They cursed the building inspector and walked off the job. I had to pay another contractor to remove their unacceptable work and start over. I won a lawsuit against them but have not collected my money as of now. They have vacated the apartment they were using as a business address.
