I can't say enough good things about Dan Pape , Hudson Parker. I knew when we first met I would hire him for selling our Chicago downtown/loop condo. Dan is different in that he makes things easy - which was extremely important to me as I was a long-distance seller - so I was not there to check on everything - but Dan jumped in. This was an amazing experience. I didn't think we would do very well because the listing took place in December. But we had a very fair offer within a short period of time. Dan kept me well informed and took care of everything. Overall, it was much better than I had anticipated.
