There is nothing luxurious about this building. Besides the heat always always broken and the gym is a joke. I was treated was very poorly by one of the doorman Antoino - a few times I asked for my packages he got an attitude with me. Then I was harassed at the gym by him saying my guest couldn’t be there besides a sign being there saying guests are allowed accompanied by tenant. The elevators are broken and have been for years. The current solution is to ignore them and do nothing. To have a working elevator should be relatively basic but seems not to be. I understand that things break but when something has been broken for 10 years something has to give. Aside from the broken elevator things are great, concierge and maintenance guys are fantastic.
Lots of roaches.
They don’t return your deposit after moving out. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They’d give you go around when you ask about the deposit and never get back to you
