Great apartment complex with friendly and courteous staff. Esp the concierge’s at the entrance always willing to go above and beyond to assist and make us as residents feel so welcomed. The atmosphere is like walking through a spa soothing music takes place here stress off work or where ever you coming from away..:

Our experience with the management team for Hudson Park River Club was fantastic!! Sabrina is a pro! She was highly communicative, and helped manage our choice of unit perfectly to ensure it met our needs. Highly recommended!!
I have lived here about 4 years and I as quite happy and would recommend others to consider living here. But recently with the change in management I would advise others to consider the other buildings in the area and that are opening. The level of maintenance and clean has decreased drastically. Stairwell are dirty and not mopped. Rugs are stained and need to be cleaned. The the recycle rooms Are left with debris and not maintained. Looking forward to my lease to expire. A disgruntled tenant
