The previous company Greystar was much better at communicating and solving issues quickly. We recently toured the Hudson Park buildings and were SO impressed. Sabrina immediately put our minds at ease. She understood the assignment and found us *the* apartment. She was completely transparent, professional, and communicative. We’ve seen every nightmare NYC has to offer in terms of experiences with rental companies and realtors, and came with our defenses up — but it was easy to put our trust in Sabrina. POWER WENT OFF IN MY APARTMENT AND WAS PROMPTLY RESTORED AFTER MAKING A REPORT TO THE MANAGEMENT. TECHNICIAN WAS QUICKLY ON SITE AND FIXED PROBLEM.
With the new management requesting maintenance is a lot easier, Erika was really nice she followed up with me after the services was completed to make sure i was happy, i thought that was really nice
