Used to love this place, recently went to have balloons blown up. Charged me the wrong price, had to question them multiple times to get it straightened out. And then when I went to pick them up on the date/time agreed upon, they weren’t ready. Had to stand there and wait for 24+ balloons to be blown up right before my son’s party. The woman who works there also is not very friendly. Unfortunate as this place used to be a staple in the community.

My experience here has been nothing but amazing! I buy from their store/rent Uhauls from here on a weekly basis and Wendy is a pleasure to deal with. She is very kind, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her customers. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

I rented a uhaul from there yesterday. Wendy took my order. When I came back she was no where to be found. I was told to leave the keys but another associate and Wendy will send a receipt later in the day. I never got a receipt until the next day. I also never got a refund for driving less miles than I paid for, and on top of that she charged me for gas and the tank was full. I didn’t take a picture of the fuel gauge so that’s my mistake but I’ll never rent from that place again.
